Loved its very attentive staff.

The hotel was vibrant and clean, had nice views to the tropical garden. The breakfast was very good with coffee, tea, and fruit juices etc. The location was good in front of the Metro.

I truly enjoyed its well furnished and well laid out rooms.

All in all everything was very good, had a really really nice stay on vacation. The breakfast was very very good, it included outstanding coffee, tea, and fruit juices. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the lobby bar.

The rooms are nicely furnished and the bed is comfy. the view of the tropical garden from the window is great. Check, in is fast, parking available on, site, and late check. the location is stunning, in a beautiful area just off the indoor beach. There is a huge variety of food options within a pleasant stroll from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental and I was particularly impressed with the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even gave us a room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor pool which felt like a trip to the coast. The variety of restaurants to choose from was also a highlight. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
